Workmethod

What you can expect for EQ:

Experimental learning, including lectures, discussions, individual and group activities (lots of fun!). Discussions, activities, video and audio clips and role play are aimed at the integration of knowledge with a social and emotional content. Guided meditations are available for those who experience high levels of stress.

Course-goers get the opportunity to practise their new skills and knowledge. Techniques and skills are taught for use in different situations.

How spiritual wellbeing will be enhanced:

As you can imagine, the workmethod for spiritual growth is much less structured, which may at first be a challenge for some people. It is not really possible to follow the same recipe for different people who may be on different levels in their spiritual development. In the end the process may be (nearly) the same or may vary to a large extent for different people. This is also why it is very difficult to give a specific time frame during which the soul work should be done. It further depends on how prepared the person is for doing soul work. Trust that once you feel ready for this development, you will be able to do it.

To enhance spiritual growth in groups, it is important that the group will not exceed seven or eight members, depending on the specific purpose of the group. The more in-depth the work, the smaller the group should be. I make use of discussions, individual and group activities (e.g. meditations, breathing exercises, detached observation, journalling, connecting with others, serving) and video clips to enhance spiritual abilities. Although guidance may be given on how to find your "I AM", this is not really something to being done/strived for in a group.
